The following items cannot be accepted as returned items. 1. Opened products 2. Non-tamper proof containers 3. Bagged items.
All returned items are subjected to a 15% handling and restocking charge. Damaged items must be reported to the carrier immediately, recorded on the delivery note and personally reported to the carrier company within 48 hours of receiving delivery. Natural Animal Sense shall not be liable, in any circumstances whatsoever, for goods which are lost or damaged in transit. In these circumstances all claims shall be made against the carrier. Please keep all packaging and contents (which will need to be returned when requested). Create photographic evidence of the damage.
