Terms and Conditions

The following details outline the general T&C’s for CHANT/NAS.
 
Courses, workshops and demonstrations-
 
Unless otherwise stated, the full cost of the course is required to secure your place.
 
If you have paid for your place on a course prior to approval then, if on the unfortunate circumstance that you are not accepted, a full refund will be given.
 
Cancellation policy: - Deposit is non-refundable. If cancelled 6 weeks in advance of course then you are entitled to a 50% refund minus deposit. Less than 4 weeks to the course date and no refund will be given. In the unlikely event NAS cancel the course then a full refund will be given. No liability can be accepted by the organisers for any associated costs in the event of a cancellation. All refunds are paid in the same way as initial payment.
 

Personal Consultations-

Natural Animal Sense carry out home consultations. Outstanding payments will incur a late payment charge of £15 and interest at10% per month until the sum is settled (or agreement reached). Natural Animal Sense reserve the right to charge a late payment fee after 4 weeks of non payment from the date of consult and all outstanding monies will continue to accrue interest until settled (or agreement reached).


Purchased items-

All items must be paid for in full before orders are dispatched.


Training-
 
Natural Animal Sense, in conjunction with the College of Holistic and Natural Therapies reserves the right to amend the dates and locations of any workshop or class at any time. In the unlikely event of changes, we will provide all students with as much notice as possible. NAS and CHANT will not be held responsible for any associated costs in the event of amended dates and locations.
 
Natural Animal Sense and/or CHANT cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings during workshops or if any personal injury is incurred during any sessions.
 
It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they have appropriate clothing for location and activity they are participating in. Recommendations are provided by the organisers.
 
A packed lunch is required unless otherwise stated.
